After addressing some arguments, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application at this stage.

A letter has been received from FSL, Rohini that the FSL report was ready in August, 2025. The Investigation Officer (IO) concerned has today produced the report before this Court and the same is yet to be filed before the learned Trial Court. This Court has perused the contents of the FSL report and the original FSL report has been handed over the IO concerned who shall file the same before the learned Trial Court. 3.
The learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits, on instructions that the victim in the present case is not traceable. 4.
