The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under: - "a) Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus and/or a Writ, order or direction in the nature of

Mandamus calling for the records of the case and after examining the legality and validity of the same direct the Respondent No.1 to adjudicate the Appeal No. 63 of 2018 dated 10.09.2018 titled as Manvir Singh v Medical Council of Delhi filed by the Petitioner with the Respondent No.1 expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the disposal of the present Petition."

Mr Singh Dev, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that the petitioner's appeal has already been adjudicated but the approval from the Board of Governors is awaited. He assures this court that the final decision would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
