% 28.08.2020 The applicant was granted interim bail vidé order dated 03.07.2020 made in BAIL APPL. No. 1324/2020, which was further extended by order dated 07.08.2020 made in BAIL APPL. No. 2085/2020 based on orders dated 13.07.2020 and 24.07.2020 made by a Full Bench of this court in W.P. (C) No. 3037/2020 titled Court on its own Motion vs. State & Ors. 2.

The applicant now seeks further extension of interim bail in view of order dated 24.08.2020 made by the Full Bench in the aforesaid matter.

Accordingly, it is recorded that by operation of order dated 24.08.2020 made by the Full Bench in the aforesaid matter, the interim bail granted to the applicant vidé order dated 03.07.2020 BAIL APPL. 2400/2020 Page of

stands further extended until 31.10.2020, subject to the same conditions as originally imposed.

The bail application stands disposed of.
