The present petition has been filed praying for directions to the respondent to not disconnect the electricity supply of the petitioner through CA no. 60000018782 installed at C-452, DSIIDC Industrial Complex, Narela, New Delhi-110040, on the basis of non-payment of demand of Rs. 13,94,270/-, which as per the petitioner, has been added in the bill of Rs. 19,05,190/-, without complying with the mandatory provisions of Section 56(1) of Electricity Act, 2003.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner tried to submit the complaint online, but was unable to do so. He submits that he has already sent an Email to the CGRF. 4.
However, the complaint of the petitioner is yet to be registered. 5.
Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-TATA Power Delhi Distribution Ltd., submits that the petitioner can approach the CGRF and file a physical complaint.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner is at liberty to file a physical complaint before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. 7.
Let the needful be done by the petitioner, within a period of ten days from today.

It is directed that, in case the petitioner files the complaint before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, in physical form, within a period of ten days, till the taking up of the interim application by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondent, with respect to the electricity connection of the petitioner. 9.
Needless to state, the petitioner shall continue to pay the consumption charges, as raised by the respondent, from time to time. 10.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
