% 02.09.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) The status report of the State is on the record The petitioners vide the present petition seek the quashing of the FIR No.96/2020, PS Dwarka North under Sections 354/323/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. The Memorandum of Understanding dated 03.08.2020 that has been placed on the record indicates that there is a cross FIR i.e. FIR No.95/2020 in relation to which CRL.M.C.1709/2020 has been dismissed as withdrawn.
