The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs: "a. Direct the Ld. ADJ, Rohini Court, New Delhi to expedite the Civil Suit No. jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for expeditious disposal of the civil suit no. Civil Suit No. 76843/2016 entitled as Suman Versus Manpal Saini , which has been pending for an inordinate period of time. b. Pass appropriate directions to the the Court of Ld. ADJ, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to expeditiously proceed with and dispose of the Civil Suit No. 76843/2016 titled "Smt. Suman vs. Manpal Saini (Through LRs)" within a time-bound period, as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c. Pass appropriate directions to the Ld. Trial Court to strictly regulate the proceedings and ensure that the defendants do not adopt dilatory tactics in order to prolong the trial proceedings;"

Keeping in view the fact that the learned Trial Court is proceeding with the matter in accordance with its own board, while taking into consideration the pendency and age of the cases before it, this Court is of the opinion that, in such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to issue any direction to the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal or for concluding the trial within a time-bound manner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
