We are informed by the counsel for the respondent, in the light of the prayer in the petition, that the notice of personal hearing is already issued in Form GST RFD-08 and the hearing is scheduled on 05th June, 2026. 2.

In the aforesaid background, the only submission canvassed by the counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings be decided expeditiously in a time-bound manner.

That being so, the counsel for the respondent states that post hearing, the order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
