% 28.07.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 17th March, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1". Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. It has been agreed by the defendant that a decree in terms of paras 22(i) and (ii) of the plaint may be passed in favour of the plaintiff. Accordingly, suit is decreed in terms of paras 22(i) and (ii) of the plaint.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate

in this regard be issued by the Registry.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
