The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: - "a.
Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on Ist Spell of Furlough of three weeks;
b.
Pass any other order or further orders, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice;" 3.
