By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails an order dated 25.04.2026 passed in CA No. 92 of 2025, by which his application seeking waiver of deposit of part compensation for suspension of sentence was dismissed. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Shashi Kant, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. However, he submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the learned Appellate Court for grant of instalments to make the deposit as directed by the impugned order dated 25.04.2026.
