Let this writ petition be treated as the petitioner's representation which shall be considered and disposed-off by the Directorate of Education within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner will be given the opportunity to present her case before the Department. The latter shall communicate its decision to the management as well as to the petitioner within six weeks thereafter.
