The matter comes up pursuant to an office note pointing out inter alia that in para Nos. 3 and 4 of the order dated 18.12.2025, the expression 'writ petition' has been inscribed in place of Letters Patent Appeal. 2.

In view of the office note, the order dated 18.12.2025 is modified and it is ordered that the expression 'writ petition' mentioned in para Nos. 3 and 4 of said order shall be read as 'Letters Patent Appeal'. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
