This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 29996/2025 (for modification) in W.P.(C) 5335/2025 2.

The present application has been moved under Section 151 CPC for modification of the order dated 25th April, 2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5335 of 2025.

The oral submission of the ld. Counsel for the Petitioner, is that the Petitioner would have been entitled to a rebate under the Scheme, if he could have filed a reply online through the Portal. However, he could not file it as the portal was not accessible and such inaccessibility was prevalent at the relevant point of time.

However, none of the pleadings in the writ or in the application mentions the details of the Scheme or the extent of rebate which could have been sought.

Therefore the application is without any basis and is not tenable and the same is dismissed.
