This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a. Quash the FIR No. 225 dated 10.07.2019 U/s 354 and 34 of IPC registered at P.S. Mayur Vihar, New Delhi, and Chargesheet pending in the court of Ms. Sezadi Halima Sadiya, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi vide Cr. Case No. 6414/2021 and/or all proceedings arising thereto;

b. Direct the respondent No.2 i.e., the complainant to pay cost of this litigation along with compensation to the petitioners; c. Any other relief or order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit may also pass in favor of the petitioners."

and in view of that, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
