The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a. issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.1 to provide the copy of the application form filled along with supporting documents for Aadhar Enrolment No. 2714/31501/84268 issued on 22.09.2022 and b. issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.1 to provide the reasons for rejecting the application no. 0221/01059/01003 submitted at the Aadhar Sewa Kendra by respondent no.4 to change the surname in the Aadhar Card from "Aarav Sharma" to "Aarav Iyer". c. issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Impugned Orders dated 26.11.2025 and Orders dated 01.01.2026 passed by Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 respectively.

Having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, this Court finds that the Second Appeal preferred by the petitioner is presently pending adjudication before the Central Information Commission ("CIC"). 3.

Accordingly, the CIC is directed to decide the aforesaid Second Appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.With these observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
