This writ petition is disposed of as not pressed as the petitioner is already over age for the post in question and respondent no. 3 has already left the employer organization and a new incumbent has already been appointed to the post in question. 2.

This petition is, accordingly, not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies regarding monetary reliefs on the basis that petitioner ought to have been appointed to the post of Director in respondent no. 1/National Bal Bhawan. Counsel for respondent no. 1 clarifies that it is only to the post in question that a new incumbent has already been appointed and has taken charge. 3.
