Pass any other or further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the petitioner/applicant."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance has been addressed and the latter is satisfied by the action taken by the respondents/Department and seeks to withdraw the contempt petition. 4.
