Pursuant to the previous order dated 25th April 2025, joint inspection was carried out and status report has been filed by the MCD detailing the actions taken with respect to various properties in that area. 2.

It is submitted that pursuant to inspection, they have also booked two other properties which have unauthorised constructions, and demolition plan is fixed for 17th and 18th May 2025.

MCD will file updated status report in this regard. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
