After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, which is directed against an order dated 04.04.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, fixing the maintenance of the appellant at Rs.6,000/- per month from the date of moving the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, i.e. from May, 2018 along with litigation expenses of Rs.15,000/-. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 145/2019

The appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with CM No.23972/2019.
