The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 0178/2019 under Sections 354/354A/323/509/506/452 of the IPC registered at P.S. Kalyanpuri, Delhi and consequential proceedings arising therefrom, be quashed.

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 (Ms Rekha). 3.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has no grievance against the petitioners and joins the petitioners in their prayer for quashing the FIR in question.

The petitioners are also present in Court (Petitioner no.2 is represented by her father). They are identified by their counsel. The

petitioners also state that they have no grievance against respondent no.2. 5.

In view of the statements of the petitioners and respondent no.2, the present petition is allowed and FIR 0178/2019 under Sections 354/354A/323/509/506/452 of the IPC registered at P.S. Kalyanpuri, Delhi and consequential proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed. 6.

The parties (the petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements record herein. 7.

The petition is disposed of.
