% 24.02.2020 IA. 15599/2019 Despite statement having been made on January 14, 2020, the unpaid rents, electricity and maintenance charges and the arrears of TDS have not been paid to the petitioner. Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks further time to pay the same. Apparently, the conduct of the respondents is in violation of the orders passed by this court. Granting two weeks time to the respondents to pay the balance, I deem it appropriate to re-notify the matter on March 18, 2020 with a direction that the Director of the respondent no.1 company shall be present in the court on the next date of hearing.
