The instant petition has been filed to trace and produce the wife of the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner and the wife have been in a love relationship for the past two years. They got married on 11.04.2025.

It is further stated that on 16.04.2025, the brother of Petitioner's wife came to the house of the Petitioner and took the wife of the Petitioner. It is the allegation that the wife of the Petitioner has been kept by her brother against her will.

The girl has been produced in the Court today. We have interacted with Petitioner and the Petitioner's purported wife. 4.

Muslim and they have got married at the home of the Petitioner according to Hindu rites and ceremonies. This Court is not commenting on the validity of the marriage.

The girl states that she does not want to live with the Petitioner and that she wants to live with her parents.

The Petitioner and the girl both have attained the age of majority.

This Court is of the opinion that the girl has not been detained by her family.
8.
Since the body of the lady, who the Petitioner claims to be his wife, has been found, the prayer sought in the petition stands answered.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
