A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0149/2025 dated 27.03.2025 under Section 69 BNS, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, in terms of Settlement dated 16.04.2025. 4.

It is submitted that both, the Petitioner and Complainant/Respondent No.2 were very well known to each other and were doing their practice as Advocate, and with consent established physical relationship, but because of some intervention of third person and some misunderstanding, this FIR has The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. got registered against the Petitioner.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. The quashing is sought on the ground that the Respondent No.2 has to get married and, therefore, the quashing of the FIR may be quashed in terms of the MOU dated 16.04.2025. Furthermore, the incident was of the year 2020, but the FIR was registered in 2025.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioner. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 8.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 0149/2025 registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, for offences punishable under Sections 69 BNS with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner herein.
