This writ petition is filed for quashing of the FIR No.138/2020 registered at police station Jamia Nagar, New Delhi on 20.06.2020 under Sections 308/323/506/34 IPC. The petitioners are the accused and the respondents no.2 to 5 are the victim in the present FIR. It is submitted both the parties have settled their disputes amicably vide a MoU dated 28.07.2020 and since then they are living peacefully. The complainant in the present case namely Akhlaq s/o Abdul Rashid is present and submits he has settled all his disputes and is not inclined to continue with the present complaint.

The learned ASC for the State is present and submits one of the coaccused Kannu @ Fayaz is absconding the investigation. The complainant SHARMA

submits he is not inclined to take any action against him too. Since the matter is settled between the parties and since they are neighbours hence prays for quashing of the FIR.

In the circumstances, the FIR No.137/2020 registered at PS, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi under Section 308/323/506/34 IPC and proceedings emanating from it stands quashed subject to a cost of Rs.15,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Authorities.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s) if any, also stands disposed of.
