Present petition has been filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.335/2020 registered at Police Station Tigri for the offences punishable under section 307/34 IPC and 25/27/54 of Arms Act.

The petitioner has been named in FIR and specific role has been assigned to him that he has fired shots and as a result of which, the injured sustained injuries.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the family of the injured and the complainant and petitioner have compromised but the fact remains that petitioner is seen in the CCTV footage while firing and keeping in view of the allegations made, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
