Having heard in the instant application, it appears that the matter has been settled between them.

An averment has been made in paragraph 7 and 8 of the instant application stating that defendant no.1-3 have undertaken not to make any defamatory comments, and, therefore, the plaintiff without prejudice to its rights and contentions seeks liberty to withdraw the civil suit. 3.
Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the instant application, the Court deems it appropriate to allow the same and grants the liberty to the plaintiff to withdraw the civil suit.

The Registry is directed that 50% of the Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff.
