Mr. Shashi Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State authorities, submits that the date has been preponed to 28.05.2026 at 03:00 PM and, as per his instructions, an endeavour shall be made to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner in a time-bound manner. 3.
In view of the aforesaid assurance, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with a direction that the petitioner's appeal be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the next date of hearing.
