The present application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 29/7/2020 in case FIR No.140/2019 registered at Police Station - Darya Ganj for the offences punishable under Sections 302/147/149/34 IPC.

With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present application BAIL APPLN. 2428/2020

has been taken up for final disposal.

The present application has been filed by the applicant in view of directions passed by Full Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 titled as Court on its own motion vs. State & Ors whereby all interim orders have been extended till 31st October 2020. 8.

Keeping in view the averments made in the said application which have not been disputed by learned APP for the State as well as in view of the aforesaid order passed by Full Bench of this Court, the interim bail of the applicant is extended till 31st October, 2020 on the same terms and conditions. 9.

The application is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 10.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent concerned and Trial Court for necessary compliance.
