Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prosecution complaint has been filed before the learned ASJ vide which the Bail Bonds have already been furnished in terms of Section 88 of the Cr.P.C. and they have been granted bail. Hence, the present case has become infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal as the relief has become infructuous. 3.
