This petition has been filed for seeking quashing of FIR No. 257/2014 PS Hauz Khas under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC basis settlement arrived at between the parties dated 10th March, 2021, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioner and respondent No.2 both appeared through VC duly identified by IO and their respective counsels. 3.
Respondent No.2 states that she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 257/2014 PS Hauz Khas under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
