This writ petition is filed with following prayers : (a) quash the FIR No.SWD-PV-000628 dated 05.07.2019 u/s 379 IPC registered at police station (Palam Village, South-West) and charge-sheet, if any filed therein;

Issue notice. The learned ASC for the State and counsel for other respondent accepts notice. It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled amongst the complainant and accused persons vide agreement dated 13.01.2020, which is annexed as Annexure P6.

According to this settlement deed, the petitioner has paid an amount SHARMA

of Rs.1,63,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims to the complainant and thus nothing is due.

The authorised representative of the complainant is present and he also agrees for quashing of the FIR as there is settlement dated 14.01.2020. No fresh investigation thus is required.

In the circumstances, the FIR No.628/2019 registered at police station Palam Village, South-West District, Delhi on 05.07.2019 under Section 379 IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed. 9.

The petition stands disposed of and the pending applications are also disposed of.
