% 07.10.2024 1.

This contempt petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking initiation of contempt proceedings for alleged willful and deliberate violation and disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2022, by which this Court had directed Respondents No. 2 to 4 not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner.

2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the coercive action has been taken inasmuch as the Petitioner has been demoted, however, there is no document on record which supports this plea. Reference is made to a show cause notice dated 12.04.2023 but there is nothing on record to show that any coercive action was taken pursuant to the said show cause notice. 3.

Accordingly, no contempt is made out and the contempt petition is hereby closed and Respondents No. 2 to 4 are discharged.
