The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the PetitionerBank for quashing of FIR No. 0560/2021, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi for the offences under Sections 420/468/471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').

not been arrayed as the accused persons.

Nothing further survives in the present proceedings. Insofar as the release of the original Sale Deed by the Petitioner is concerned, the Petitioner-Bank is at liberty to move an appropriate Application before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for release of original documents. 4.
With aforesaid, the present Petition and pending Applications are accordingly disposed of.
