Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. FAO(OS) 73/2022 and CM APPL. 28288/2022, CM APPL. 30797/2022 1.

Present appeal has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 01st June, 2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(OS) 340/2022 and connected matter, whereby by way of an interim relief, the Appellant was directed to provide access of the subject land to Respondent No. 1 from the internal road, similar to the way he had prior to April, 2022. It is pertinent to mention that the dispute in the two suits between the Appellant No. 1 and Respondent No. 1 relates to ownership of the subject land located at Khasra No. 17/2/2.

During the hearing, this Court has been informed that the application for interim relief has not been disposed of till date. 3.

Consequently, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to the learned Single Judge to decide the interim application being I.A. No. 9117/2022 in CS(OS) 340/2022 within eight weeks of completion of pleadings. The parties are directed to complete the pleadings in the said interim application within two weeks. The Registry is directed to list CS(OS) 340/2022 before the learned Single Judge on 12th March, 2024. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the present appeal is disposed of. Pending applications are disposed of.
