This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 filed by the respondent seeking vacation of interim relief granted under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") vide order dated 31.08.2020.

Ms. Bhargava, learned counsel for the respondent, states that the Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted and the matter is pending for adjudication before the Arbitral Tribunal. 3.
