By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks interim bail on medical grounds in connection with FIR No. 273/2017, dated 19.06.2017, lodged at Police Station Timarpur, Delhi, under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3.
