% 16.09.2020 The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 1.

Present petition has been filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.325/2020 registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar for the offence punishable under section 420 IPC. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions from the IO, has opposed the present petition by submitting that an amount of approx. Rs.2 lacs is to be recovered from the petitioner, therefore, the custodial interrogation is required. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, is ready to deposit the said amount.

The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 2 Lacs and on deposit of the said amount, the SHO/IO concerned is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner/applicant shall be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-.

The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required. 6.

Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.
