% 05.02.2020 After some hearing, it is directed that since the objection of the petitioner is that the suit has not been properly valued and proper court fee had not been paid, the following additional issue is framed in the suit: Whether the suit is properly valued and proper court fee has been paid? OPD The above issue shall be adjudicated at the final stage by the trial court. The evidence is stated to be going on in the suit. The same shall be recorded expeditiously. Since the suit is of 2011, and it is submitted by ld. Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that an eviction decree was passed in his client's favour on 19th March, 2011 which is being scuttled by the pendency of the present suit, the Trial Court shall ensure that no adjournment is granted in this matter to either of the parties. The evidence shall be concluded and the final adjudication shall take place on or before
31st August, 2020.
A copy of this order be sent to the ld. ASCJ, Saket District Courts in C.S. 82962/2016 titled Jai Ram & Anr. v Sh. Ram Lal & Ors. With these observations the petition and all pending applications are disposed of. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
