The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 impugns order dated 22nd December, 2018 passed by the Special Judge, CBI-01 (PC Act), North-West District, Rohini Courts in CBI No. 43/2016 as well as order dated 31st October, 2022 passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, RADC in Case No. 58/2019 whereby the Petitioner has been summoned for the offences under Section 120B/420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
According to the parties, the matter is now directed to be listed for arguments on charge on 2nd June, 2025.

In light of the above, counsel for Petitioner after making some submissions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. seeks liberty to urge all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Trial Court on the point of charge.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

On the point of charge, the Trial Court shall proceed in accordance with law and would not be influenced by the summoning order alone. 6.
Needless to say, in case the charges are framed against the Petitioner, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies, in accordance with law.
