The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been field by the Petitioner for quashing Orders dated 04.04.2022 and 24.05.2022 passed by the Ld. Trial Court granting anticipatory bail to Respondent No.2. 2.

Material on record indicates that after grant of anticipatory bail, the Respondent No.2 has been granted regular bail vide Order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the Ld. MM-06, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the present petition.
