Petitioners have assailed order dated 11.04.2026 of the learned trial court, passed under the provisions of Section 18 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate proceedings before the trial court since according to the petitioners, without being summoned as respondent, the learned trial court passed an order under Section 18 of the Act against them.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
