Learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the Special Leave Petition filed by the respondents has been dismissed on 08th March, 2016 and, therefore, vide order dated 04th April, 2016, the respondents have passed order to implement the order dated 03rd August, 2015 passed by the Division Bench. Copy of the order dated 04th April, 2016 is handed over and taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not yet received the arrears payable in terms of the judgment dated 03rd August, 2015.

Learned standing counsel for respondents submits that the judgment dated 03rd August, 2015 shall be implemented within a period of four weeks from today.

The contempt petition is disposed of in view of the statement made by

learned standing counsel for the respondents with liberty to the petitioner to revive this petition in the event of non-compliance of the statement made today before this Court.
