By this writ petition, challenge is laid to the orders dated 14.8.2012 and 18.1.2013 passed by respondent No.1.

Ms. Pandey, who appears for respondent No.1, says that the committee constituted by virtue of order dated 18.1.2013 has been rendered defunct.

Ms. Nandini Sahni, who appears for the petitioner, says that she does not wish to press this petition any further in view of the statement made by Ms. Pandey.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if a fresh cause of action arises. 5.
