% 14.09.2020 Mr. Sunny Dagar and Ms. Ritika Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner state that upon verifying, they are instructed that charge-sheet has indeed been filed in the matter; and therefore the prayer made in the petition for speedy investigation in case FIR No. 274/2019 dated 02.08.2019 registered under sections 354/506/509/34 IPC & 12 of POCSO Act at PS: Farsh Bazar, stands satisfied.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner seek to withdraw the present petition.
