The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the interim bail granted to the petitioner be extended 31.10.2020. 4.
The petitioner was granted bail in Complaint Case No. SC 7396/2016 instituted by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi by an order dated 02.07.2020 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 1323/2020. 5.
