It is pointed out that during the pendency of the present proceedings, charges have already been framed by order dated 04.05.2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions JudgeSpl. Fast Track Court, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in Case No. 93/2020.

The said order has been challenged by a separate petition being CRL.REV.P. 1317/2023, and is pending consideration before this Court.

In such circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of.
