This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail for six weeks in case FIR No.351/2013 dated 14.08.2013 under Sections 3(2)/3(4) of MCOCA and Section 174-A IPC registered at PS: Seelampur.

At the outset, Ms. Richa Dhawan, learned APP states that the matter is fixed before the Trial Court on 13.05.2024 for recording statement of the accused. This being a crucial stage, the State opposes grant of interim bail. 3.

Mr. G.S. Sistani, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the application at this stage to approach the Court after statement of the accused is recorded. 4.

Trial Court is requested to expedite recording of statement of the accused and not grant any unnecessary adjournment on the next date. 5.

Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the Court, after statement of the accused is recorded, in accordance with law.
