The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 2(b)/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) direct that proceedings for committing contempt of the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.5366 of 2024 of this Hon'ble Court be initiated against Respondents/Contemnors herein and appropriate orders for punishing him be kindly passed against him in accordance with law ; b) direct the Respondents/Contemnors, be called upon by way of purging of his contempt, to do all that he is required to do to give effect to and comply with fully in letter and spirit the final order dated 29.01.2025 in Writ Petition (C) No.5366 of 2024 (Annexure P-1) ; and c) Pass such other or further order/orders / direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
