The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the impugned action of the Respondents whereby the OCI status of the Petitioners has been cancelled without passing or communicating any reasoned or speaking order under Section 7D of the Citizenship Act, 1955; b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to produce before this Hon'ble Court the complete original record, including any order alleged to have been passed pursuant to the Show Cause Notice dated 15.10.2020;

c) Direct the Respondents to restore the OCI status of the Petitioners, and/or in the alternative to permit the petitioners to travel to India;
