The learned counsel for the appellant concedes to the objection of the respondent that the present appeal, insofar as it challenges the Order dated 27.01.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-03 (Special Judge), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, attaching the immovable properties of the appellant herein, would be an interlocutory order and therefore, the appeal would not be maintainable.
